Launched in 2024, RIYSYS - based in Mumbai - caters to fashion- forward women that are looking to expand their style. We craft statement pieces, versatile enough to be worn on on any look and prominent enough to draw attention to any look - elevated pieces that can be dressed down or dressed up, exclusively centering around your taste. RIYSYS has participated in multiple exhibits, including being invited to showcase at Madras Art Weekend in Chennai. We also hosted our exclusive immersive pop up show - ANALOG, where we launched the conceptual narrative of our brand while collaborating with 5 artists specializing in photo and film to create life size moving imagery.

We manufacture and source almost all our material from India, using ethical labour practices and the highest quality and variety of material.

Riya Bafna graduated with a Bachelors in Fine Art from Parsons School of Design, New York, majoring in Fashion Design and minoring in Fashion Communication. Interning at over 5 fashion houses between Mumbai and New York, Riya’s design identity is heavily influenced by the urban landscapes of New York and Mumbai, which manifests into RIYSYS.

“While creating RIYSYS, I wanted to retain the beauty of vintage allure and contemporary grunge, and speak of those narratives through our photoshoots. We also center around the concept of regarding fashion as an experience, and emphasizing movement within it.
