What is your return policy? 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 



How do I return my product? 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@riysys.com. or +91 8879000765. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Floor 6, Okay Industries, A-35 MIDC, Street No. 2, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093. The customer must levy return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will send you a refund within 48 hours after inspecting the bag.



Do you use genuine leather?

Most of our products are 100% pure genuine leather and suede unless specified otherwise. We do also have faux leather options. All the materials we use, including our hardware, are of premium quality. You can find exact materials used in our product descriptions. 



Do you customize bags?

No, we don't customize bags.



How do I take take care of my suede bag? 

Use a suede brush with soft and stiff bristles to remove dirt and freshen the suede. Brush in the direction of the nap or grain. Keep away from water. 



Do you ship internationally?

No, we don’t ship internationally.



How long until I get my bag?

Your bag should reach you 1-3 days within Mumbai and 2-6 days outside of Mumbai. 



I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Please contact us at info@riysys.come or WhatsApp us at +91 8879000765 within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number, images showing the damage on the item, and a description of the damage. We will initiate a return of the damaged product and send you a fresh one immediately.
